Developed documentation and processes for new product and technology testing in the enterprise.Served as a team lead for operational request queue, and acquisition and divestiture of facilities, additional responsibility for engineers involved in WAN infrastructure refresh as well as interviewing prospective new employees, on-boarding and training of new hires, and network perspective oversight of IP Voice initiative.
